UPDATE: Brooke Mueller Claims Knife was Involved in Dispute

Brooke Mueller 2008While the Pitkin County Police Department has revealed that a weapon of some sort was involved in the domestic dispute between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, TMZ reports that Charlie was in possession of a knife.

Apparently Mueller told the police in Colorado that her 44-year-old husband threatened her with a knife, TMZ reports.

Charlie was arrested on three charges, one of which was “felony menacing,” meaning a threat involving a deadly weapon of some form.

Charlie was taken in by Aspen police on Friday and released on $8,500 bail the same evening, but is due back in court of Feb. 8.
