She said:

"Please Google Mr. Roger Friedman. He is spreading lies about me and my new business. You will see his history & why Fox fired him."

Going to have Mr. Attorney call Mr. Friedman's Attorney tomorrow . . . Mr. Friedman is treading on thin LIBELOUS ice with my company. Crackkkk

Mr. Friedman changed his libelous headline . . . TOO late. Unleash the DOGS."

We don't have too much longer to wait until the release of Sex and The City 2 but that doesn't mean that the lovely ladies of the franchise are going to give anything away.

While at ShoWest this week, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis were all asked to explain where each of there characters are at when the new movie starts up. Kristin explained that Charlotte has been baking quite frequently and that her daughter is two years older than in the previous movie.

Cynthia admitted that Miranda is still happily married to Steve, still a mother of one, and still employing her trusted friend Magda.

Again, not so much with there. And SJP? Oh, she was the most helpful of all! She says:

"This time around, Carrie has been married for a couple of years. She is about to publish her fourth book. She is content. … She and her husband, John, have found a nice and modest apartment, and they are living their lives, and she is seeing her friends as much as time allows"

A pharmacist has come forward and revealed that he cut off Brittany Murphy, her husband Simon Monjack, and her mother Sharon, just months before the actress's death because he suspected they were filling pain killer prescriptions at multiple drug stores!!

Eddie Bubar, of Eddie's Pharmacy in El Lay, filled over 100 prescriptions of vicodin, hydrocodone, and klonopin for Brittany from January 2008-August 2009. The actress apparently used various aliases, including Lola Manilow Murphy, Kathelyn Moore, Trevor Williams, and Faith Gosselin!

HOLY SHIZ! That is A LOT of painkillers in a year and a half!

Bubar finally suspected something was up and he stopped filling the prescriptions. He says:

"We thought there was going to be an accident there."

We unfortunately know that Bubar was right in the end.

So sad.

People need to realize that prescription pills can be dangerous and should not be taken unless absolutely necessary!

A federal appeals court decided on Friday that Anna Nicole Smith's estate will NOT receive the $300 million requested from former husband J. Howard Marshall's estate!

Sad!

Before her untimely passing, Anna and her legal team had been duking it out in court for Marshall's $1.6 billion fortune, saying Smith's former husband left her his estate after his death in '95.

Winfrey will be wrapping up her daytime talk show in 2011, and insiders say O'Donnell is contemplating the idea reviving her daytime talk career!

Rosie's The Rosie O'Donnell show was a huge, huge success in the late 90's/early 00's, and before Split-Screen Gate in 2007, O'Donnell was making waves on The View.

The University of Michigan's production of Me and My Dick debuted at #11 on the Top Cast Albums chart. No other student musical can claim that achievement!

Considering it's sandwiched between the London recording of Phantom of the Opera at #10 and Rock of Ages at #12, it's quite impressive.

"We can't believe the company we're in. So many of our classmates just could not believe this news. Least of all us. We do think the No. 12 (cast album) must be very confused," said A.J. Holmes, who co-wrote the show's music and lyrics.

The show revolves around a "boy with a very special relationship with his very best friend … his Dick! Together they face the trials of growing up, love, sex and high school, but these two best pals are in for the adventure of a lifetime."

The photos were shot at the Biggest Tattoo Show on Earth in Las Vegas back in October and Michelle was picked by the publisher because "she was sexy and had tattoos."

There's no mention of Jesse in the article, but publisher Casey Exton says, "This story is the biggest thing that ever happened to the tattoo industry."

Many of Maryland's leaders feel that the state is leaning toward the north in terms of their political mindset.

In fact, the state moved from the Southern Region of the Council of State Governments to the Eastern Region to trade ideas with state officials from Pennsylvania, New York, etc.

"I just don't think we're as Southern as people used to think," says state Senator Catherine Pugh. Other residents disagree saying that due to the capitol of Annapolis having a small town feel, they essentially feel more southern.

"No. I spent an entire season wooing her and if she was ever going to do it, she would have. The timing was perfect for her and I was rather shocked she didn't pick up and join us at any point. I mean, Katie Holmes was there, Jennifer Lopez was there.

I know we don't have Idol money and so does Paula, but at the end of the day I do plenty of things for no money because I want to support dance. And as an dancer/performer/choreographer, I would have thought she'd like to support us."

He also seemed to take a jab at Ellen DeGeneres on American Idol and Simon Cowell's engagement! Nigel says:

"It's a strange world out there — they're booking comedians as singing judges, Simon's getting married and Paula might do 'Star Search!' And why would he get engaged? Simon doesn't need to get engaged unless it's for publicity! Why wouldn't he just get married?"

Well this guy is just FULL of opinions, isn't he?
