Lindsay Lohan never texted dad in the hospital

Seen here getting turned away at Trousdale because the other customers have to drink, too, Lindsay Lohan informed Gossip Cop she never texted her dad while he was in the hospital:
After reading the Radar story, we contacted Lindsay to apologize for being the ones to first break the news of her dad's hospitalization to her, but that we saw she reached out to him.
Not so fast.
Lindsay, whose personal life and conversations have become public because her dad secretly recorded phone calls with her and her mother, actually did NOT contact her father.
In response to our mentioning the Radar "exclusive," Lindsay told Gossip Cop she "didn't" contact Michael Lohan at all.
I'm mostly posting this to remind everyone Michael Lohan will say a duck's a cow if it'll get his name in the press. Which also explains why his daughter is currently being shunned from society to protect our precious liquor reserves. Now tell me somebody's posting tanks outside convenience stores because anything less and we're just jerking each other off and calling it a magic show. (I don't know military talk.)

Michael Lohan claims Lindsay sent him a text after learning he suffered a heart attack yesterday, according to RadarOnline:
"I got a text message from Lindsay which read: 'OMG. Hope you are okay' and my other kids have all been in contact with me too.
"My girlfriend Kate Major slept here with me overnight and my spirits have been lifted by the support from both my family and friends.
"I've been through a lot in my life, been to jail, various court cases, even drove my Ferrari over a cliff once, so, it's going to take a lot more than this to finish me off!

Madonna's minions apparently put the kibosh on Lindsay Lohan when she tried to hang out with Jesus Luz during Paris Fashion Week, according to the Mirror:
Our source says: "Lindsay got her people to phone the club to try and hang out with him. She knew he was hosting a night there with Alicia Keys and her boyfriend Swiss Beatz.
"But when Madge's people got wind of it they put a block on it. Jesus wasn't one to argue, he didn't want to upset Madonna and was just there to work. LiLo had to make do with a night in her hotel."
I can really see this whole Jesus/Madonna thing working out. He knows better than to bite the hand of death that feeds him, and she recognizes her vagina is proof he'll stick his penis in anything. It's good to see a relationship grounded in reality.

Lindsay Lohan apparently called her mom bawling after seeing the E-Trade commercial about a "milkaholic" baby named Lindsay and it looks like Dina's in on the suit, according to The New York Post:
"They're little babies doing this, mocking another child who's just trying to survive Hollywood, basically," Dina Lohan said.
"I'm just basically glad I took a stand. I'm not going to let them do this to us anymore," Dina Lohan said of the "horrible" and "mean" ad.
She said that the ad was clearly aimed at her daughter because unlike other stars, her daughter's first name is synonymous with the "Herbie Fully Loaded" actress.
"Everyone knows Lindsay, like Cher or Madonna."
Did Dina Lohan seriously just chastise the babies in the E-Trade commercial for mocking Lindsay? The CGI-altered, probably not even a year old babies? .... How fucking high is this entire family? I legitimately have to know now so I'm prepared for the lawsuit against Garfield who's clearly an insulting reference to their cat's obesity.

Lindsay Lohan claims she’s the E-Trade baby and somehow just like Madonna

Because not all cokedealers accept blowjobs, Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade for $100 million over a Super Bowl ad featuring a "milkaholic" baby named Lindsay (after the jump). The New York Post reports:
The ad -- part of a series starring babies who play the stock market -- features a boy apologizing to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her the night before.
"And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn't over?" the baby girl asks him suspiciously.
"Lindsay?" the boy replies, just before a baby girl sticks her head into the frame and slurs, "Milk-a-what?"
Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said the actress has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna.
"Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit," Ovadia said.
"They used the name Lindsay," Ovadia said. "They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan."
Yes, clearly, the baby was a hilarious reference to Lindsay, but did her lawyer seriously just equate her with Oprah and Madonna? How do you not get disbarred for that? That's like taking the oath then equating Britney Spears with someone's who literate and understands children aren't footstools. This whole system's out of order!
