Dina’s in on the lawsuit

Lindsay Lohan apparently called her mom bawling after seeing the E-Trade commercial about a "milkaholic" baby named Lindsay and it looks like Dina's in on the suit, according to The New York Post:
"They're little babies doing this, mocking another child who's just trying to survive Hollywood, basically," Dina Lohan said.
"I'm just basically glad I took a stand. I'm not going to let them do this to us anymore," Dina Lohan said of the "horrible" and "mean" ad.
She said that the ad was clearly aimed at her daughter because unlike other stars, her daughter's first name is synonymous with the "Herbie Fully Loaded" actress.
"Everyone knows Lindsay, like Cher or Madonna."
Did Dina Lohan seriously just chastise the babies in the E-Trade commercial for mocking Lindsay? The CGI-altered, probably not even a year old babies? .... How fucking high is this entire family? I legitimately have to know now so I'm prepared for the lawsuit against Garfield who's clearly an insulting reference to their cat's obesity.

Lindsay Lohan claims she’s the E-Trade baby and somehow just like Madonna

Because not all cokedealers accept blowjobs, Lindsay Lohan is suing E-Trade for $100 million over a Super Bowl ad featuring a "milkaholic" baby named Lindsay (after the jump). The New York Post reports:
The ad -- part of a series starring babies who play the stock market -- features a boy apologizing to his girlfriend via video chat for not calling her the night before.
"And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn't over?" the baby girl asks him suspiciously.
"Lindsay?" the boy replies, just before a baby girl sticks her head into the frame and slurs, "Milk-a-what?"
Lohan's lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said the actress has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna.
"Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit," Ovadia said.
"They used the name Lindsay," Ovadia said. "They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody's talking about it and saying it's Lindsay Lohan."
Yes, clearly, the baby was a hilarious reference to Lindsay, but did her lawyer seriously just equate her with Oprah and Madonna? How do you not get disbarred for that? That's like taking the oath then equating Britney Spears with someone's who literate and understands children aren't footstools. This whole system's out of order!

DJ SNIZZ-FERNO IN THE HIZZY!

Lindsay Lohan apparently decided to piss Samantha Ronson off by becoming a DJ now and even managed to earn herself a gig at the Nokia X6 Launch Party in London, according to RadarOnline:
The source says that Lindsay's "awful song choices and lack of experience" created a danger of clearing the room out. "It was really embarrassing to watch," the eyewitness says. "You could tell she didn't didn't know what she was doing."
The source says that Lindsay was struggling so much that she was even forced to finish her set early, and furthermore, "Lindsay constantly had a drink in her hand the whole time she was playing." And if that wasn't bad enough, the source says that Lindsay kept breaching security laws by attempting to smoke indoors throughout the (brief) set.
So Lindsay Lohan pretty much showed up with an iPod and said she's a DJ so she could smoke inside. Which is actually impressive. You figure she'd just skip right over the basics of the profession.
